- RCRaj Chawla3 days ago1.0I would not suggest anyone to deal with TD Auto centre. My car is currently is with them and after 1 week I called David to ask the status of my car and he told me that he sent the car to the dealer for the diagnostic and nun of the issues that I mentioned at the time of dropping the car were related to the accident. Therefore I have to pay for the diagnostic test from my own pocket. He blatantly lied to me on the phone that he told me at the time of dropping the car and was rude as well. Be aware and choose the repair shop as per your convenience than what Td recommend you.

I’m so sorry I didn’t read the reviews before dropping off my car. Cassandra(Adjuster) was great, but the body shop shouldn’t accept vehicles if they can’t keep up with their schedule.

Stay away from this collision service even if you are a client. I’m sure that TD started these centers with good intentions but have now turned them into a legal Chop Shops. Be aware of the staff that act like your best friend only to leave you disappointed. There are many negative reviews regarding client experiences that are true and factual. Do your research 🧐
