- ASabdulraouf sediqi5 days ago1.0I was with TD Auto Insurance and had an accident. When I called them to get my car claim and repaired, they told me my policy was only third-party and not full coverage. This was a shock, because when I originally spoke with the advisor, I clearly asked for full coverage. I asked them several times to send me proof — recordings or documents — showing that my policy was third-party and not full coverage. They still have not provided anything. No support, no clear answers, and no transparency. Because of this, I am stuck with the damage and no help from TD. Everyone should be very careful before choosing TD Insurance. Double-check everything, because what they tell you and what you actually get can be very different. I personally would not recommend TD Insurance to anyone.

The agent told me they were having technical issues and would look into it, then the chat abruptly ended and I got an “offices now closed” transfer message. No follow up, no solution, and no way to continue. This shouldn’t happen with basic customer support.
