This isn’t just a customer this is someone’s livelihood being put on the back burner! We can’t get to and from work to pay for our car and insurance if they simply can’t do their job and communicate with the dealership.

Put on hold for hours and hours. My fraud issue is still unresolved. I then called Progressive and got a human immediately. I now have Progressive insurance.
