When I changed residences, I contacted the insurance company I had at the time. All they did was send me a quote, with no follow-up. I did the same with Nate. He was communicative, friendly & professional. I asked him to be present during the inspection of my new home, as I was concerned about the age of the roof and its insurability. As a result, he was able to explain to the seller's realtor why a new roof was needed. I also like the fact that he is an independent agent, and has multiple carriers he writes for. I highly recommend Nate, if you are looking for an agent who is there for their insureds.
