I continued the policy all these years ( just in case). This year my husband received a diagnosis and we needed to implement the coverage. Our policy had been misplaced in our most recent move so I reached out to Kristen for help. She responded quickly with the information I needed and has helped me each step of the way, advising me on the forms that needed to be submitted and then checking with the company often to see where we were in the claim process. Kristen has been compassionate, encouraging and very helpful to walk with us through the process.
