    Ford insurance has the most helpful, and knowledgeable agents working in the business. I would recommend any and everyone to give them a call and see what they can do to help you with your insurance needs 10/10 business.

    Awful. Worst agent I have ever had. Completely messed up moving our policy, then it ended up getting cancelled. Unbelievably bad. If you read the reply to my review, you will see the passing of the buck. First of all, an agent should not be disclosing proprietary information about a customer's claims. Second, It was not a huge claim, it was well less than 5% of our insurance coverage, and they had little to nothing to do with that. They only started complaining about not being licensed in Oregon when Liberty slapped their wrist because they moved our policy wrong.

    We here at Dale's Plumbing have been with Ford Insurance for as long as I can remember, Everyone in the Office is so nice and always get the job done no matter what, I want to recognize Jordan, she is so amazingly friendly and always get things done for me quickly and i can always rely on her for all of our insurance needs here at Dale's Plumbing.     Ford Insurance is the best insurance company. When you walk in you immediately feel a sense of a home-like environment. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is on par. They decorate their lobby for nearly every season and it’s always an uplifting experience when I’m there. Highly recommend.
