They committed fraud in writing my mobile home policy as a structure policy 650 sq ft with a 2 car garage an 11 year old roof with 5% wind hail deductible $6,580 on $122,313 …. They could see what I had insured with another company as they told me who I was insured with. I had a MOBILE HOME POLICY…. I called them to correct the ERRORS… new roof 1% wind and hail, 1150sq ft manufactured home no garage…and $69,000 coverage like last policy…. He also had been given my manufacturer name and information off the title etc…. They FAILED TO CORRECT THE POLICY and now have my hail claim with a $6,580 deductible which is MORE than the cost of a new roof on this trailer…. Rupesh never returned my calls and when he finally did he hung up on me for no reason!!!! They put untruthful notes on my account and when ask the agent told me that it was cheaper did I want a check for $69,000 dollars or $122,000 dollars…. I’m sure he figured I’d never have a claim I said correct the information I’m NOT INSURING A 11 year old roof or a structure with no garage at $122,313 !!!! NOW ALLSTATE IS REFUSING TO CORRECT THIS AND BASICALLY TAKING MY PREMIUM MONEY FOR NO INSURANCE FOR THE LAST 26 MONTHS!!!! RUN FROM THIS AGENCY THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!
