  Insensitive and Incompetent—Shocked by Their Practices I was deeply disturbed to receive a letter addressed to my father—who passed away eight years ago. The fact that Tim relied on outdated, poorly vetted data from a questionable data mining source raises serious concerns about their professionalism and sensitivity. They provided an excuse that it originates from the county assessor, I let them know that it was changed soon after his passing. They didn't care and offered no apology. Not only does this demonstrate a complete lack of due diligence, but it also shows how out of touch they are with current information and respectful communication standards. For grieving families, receiving mail like this isn’t just annoying—it’s painful. If this is how they approach outreach, I’d be deeply skeptical of how they handle actual policies and personal data. I would advise others to seek out agents who take the time to verify information and treat people with basic respect.
