  BILLY WILL quote you one price have you agree to a price then your bill comes to you much higher than the quoted price and of course the agent BILLY is on leave and the "other agents can't find where BILLY came up with these quotes" and unfortunately YOU THE CUSTOMER is stuck paying the higher premiums.

  I called GEICO to get a quote for Oklahoma insurance. Without my permission the agent switch my policy to Oklahoma when that was not was asked. It was only suppose to be a quote. Also the agent lied about coverages “I had to have” and stated I had to have them. GEICO is a joke would not recommend anyone to go to them. Will be changing insurance companies

  I called this agent and was so excited to be back with geico we were with them for 13 years in the past. When we lived in another state. So I called to get a quote from here this agent. And one of the ladies I spoke to over the phone . Was impolite so I Guess car insurance is now based on credit score I have good credit. I was just shocked how they ask you so many personal questions before I even get my quote. I could see after if they wanted to ask me my level of education After I would have gone with this agent. But before ASKING THESE QUESTIONS I just don't see how this pertains to me getting a quote. The person I was on the phone with hung up on me after I gave her my SSN. So I called back and got a different lady and she told me that they were now helping other customers after I heard them whispering. So I said that I was a customer and that yall hung up on me. And she said sorry we were helping other customers now. and that I could get a quote online or some will call me back. I said we'll thats strange how I was just talking to someone and I said is it because you have 7 mins left before you close! that you don't want to help me? And she said yes we only have 7 mins left. Someone tell me how this is good customer service? I guess Ed the owner of this location doesn't want my business.. Needless to say I guess I dont want people like this backing me up if for some reason .. . ALL I can say is i would be finding me new employees. I wish people could train better. For customer service or dont be doing CS if you can't handle people..Ed advice I could be your CS Tainer if you need one. Old School because I would never leave employees at my business who gave quotes like this or a lack of quote..!!!

  Simply put... I've been with progressive over 6 years and was asked to pay over 200 dollars more than what I just purchased through Geico.. With the same coverage... Geico, you have my business .. Hopefully for a long, long time .
