  This is the worst company! I’ve been hung up on countless times because I’ve asked for a supervisor. The forms we send in seem to disappear and we have to send over and over. A woman named Jozell hung up on me a few minutes ago. They make it impossible and stressful for me to help my elderly mother. I never get a call center that speaks English. I don’t know where their call center is but it’s hard to understand them. My mother has had two policies for years and now that she needs them Bankers Life gives us the run around. It’s pathetic! We will probably have to hire an attorney!

  2022 Update: All good things must come to an end. When the company sheds talent at an amazing rate, that's a sign. If you're doing business with this organization, now is the time to see if the PERSON who takes care of you and your interests is still there. If it was out of this office, the answer is likely NO. Google is a simple tool to find where the folks that 'take of you' are these days... (hint: it's likely not in this office) 2020 Review (5 star) : A lot of positive changes have been made to this location in 2020. Chris and his team have a unique understanding of the healthcare landscape and are eager to leverage that expert knowledge to provide you with the best options that WORK FOR YOU. There is really no need to take the solo "dive into" the murky waters of healthcare or long term financial planning without the team at Banker's Life. I've found that when you can depend on an expert, the necessary but complex issues demand less of your attention. You should trust this team to stay at the top of the industry and monitor the changes, while giving you simple, clear guidance to protect you and the ones who depend on you.

  My mother is a client of this company. She and I have zero complaints with their service.They have never failed to help me when I had questions on her policies. I would HIGHLY recommend using them. They know their Medicare!!

  This company is not even worth the energy it takes to write this review, but in for wealth fare of future clients, I urge you to seek insurance else where. I've have been trying to resolve issues with my aging parents life insurance polices and still have not been able to move forward after spending hours and weeks on this matter. Also, beware this company preys on the elderly selling them insurance they either can't afford or don't understand the terms of the policy. If you call the business office you won't reach the actual company. You will reach a call center located in the Caribbean.
