  Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I emailed to simply ask to please explain to me why the rate increase and was met with an email response that started as “ let me start off by saying just go shop around” without any explanation as to why you would respond like that other than to be rude and unprofessional. If it had a more detailed response following the start of the email then I could appreciate that maybe you were just trying to help in saying that they may offer better rates than Allstate. So without any other statement to follow, several others have agreed it was really rude and unprofessional of Lourdes to reply that way. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It has been nothing but a headache trying to get any person there to set up insurance, due date, coverage even the start date correctly. They tell you since they won’t put the due date as you requested “as long as you pay by the last day” they don’t tell you that you will be charged a late fee and it looks like you don’t pay on time. Simple things as the due date you prefer or the date to start coverage or to just get a physical copy of your verification is so difficult for them. Sure emails don’t have “emotion” but your choice of words and the lack of explanation to follow that beginning sentence shows poor customer service and unprofessionalism.

  Micah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my insurance questions. I never felt pressured and he encouraged me to make the best decisions for what I needed without the “sales” pressure. I could tell that Micah truly cares about people and wants to make sure they have the best coverage. Would highly recommend!

  What is it with Allstate and allowing their franchisees to send out bs in the mail? Your records do not indicate anything. Your quote is bait and switch. Why is it that y’all can’t just be decent and advertise without the sleazy tactics to prey on people who otherwise wouldn’t understand?
