Lots of staff turnover, no follow through, no call/no show for an appointment they scheduled. My advice, there’s plenty of agencies out there who want your business. Don’t waste your time here.

Even added roadside assistance and still ended up paying less overall then I used to.

But she was by far the nicest agent and explained that I can change things when needed especially worked with me to get the best cheapest rate I could. I change insurance all the time and she’s been great this far. I might just stay for awhile and not change for a bit.
