Matt actually came to our home and helped us develop an insurance package that would best fit the needs of our entire family. When we moved homes, Ryan took over our account and has been absolutely exceptional! We opened a business two years ago and Ryan assisted us with all of our commercial needs. Our commercial business occasionally requires additional insurance for state contracts. These additional contracts are often time sensitive and Ryan has always gone the extra mile to help us out (often times getting us everything we need within 24 hours). We can't say enough about the entire Matt Pryor Team! I enjoy knowing that I can call the office and always get wonderful customer service and a quick response. Special thanks to Ryan for always taking the time to help (and sorry for all the last second requests)! :)

I requested Matt pryor to put in a work order, to email their I.T. department to help me and they refuse. I hired Matt Pryor as my agent to help me with an auto policy not make excuses.
