  I was paying $500/mo. I switched companies and and now paying $125/mo. Also, when I signed up with all state, they put me with another "umbrella " company and then refused to service my accounts and claims and I was forced to call this company I didn't know who never were available to answer the phones, so even to cancel I had to wait several days until they were in the office. Shop around. Just because they are helpful on your first visit doesn't mean you'll ever see a human again, they will actually pay a claim, or they are in the ballpark of reasonably priced.

  Customer service is ok. But without signing any documents and only talking on the phone with an agent I was getting charged immediately. Then I was being charged an extra $38 after two months because of an unsigned document that was never received. And could not get a refund on the extra amount at ALL . And sense my due date and when I was actually charged I could not get my full refund. When progressive fully gave me my money back after cancellation of my policy the day I was charged. The worst inconvenience especially on the holidays!
