Kylie was extremely jovial and helpful in explaining our options and getting our policies setup. Jennifer is just as kind and incredibly knowledgeable, so she was able to consider things I hadn't. Overall, I'm very glad I switched to State Farm and wish I hadn't wasted 20+ years with Progressive. There really is a difference.
