Having previously worked in the insurance industry myself, I had some preconceived notions about insurance salespeople. Because of that, I was actually kind of dreading navigating the process of getting my own insurance needs met. Fortunately for me, the whole experience was actually very educational, simple, and thoughtful thanks to Tom. His whole approach to working with me was quite the opposite of the classic “salesman” approach I was expecting. He took great care to get a wholistic understanding of my insurance needs, goals, and budgetary constraints. I had A LOT of questions and wanted to make sure I completely understood all of my options before making this important decision. I felt like we worked together to come up with the best plan for me and my family and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” or pressured into making decision. Once we decided on the best plan for my family, the rest of the process was quick and easy and he communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop. Tom masterfully turned what I thought was going to be another dreadful insurance buying experience into an enlightening and reassuring one.
