- BRBeth RyanMay 30, 20251.0Our vehicle suffered damage in Hillard, OH on Dublin Road on 2/24/25. KN Excavation, a client of Consolidated Insurance, failed to cover a cut-out piece of road with a steel plate. My husband ran over that uncovered piece of road and suffered quite a jolt but no injuries. However, our vehicle has 2 damaged wheels that need replaced which will cost $932.00. Cosolidated refused to open a claim and wanted us to file with our insurance company and subrogate. KN Excavation was negligent in not covering the cut-out in the road as verifed by the City of Hillard police department. Consolidated Insurance needs to take responsibility for KN Excavations's overisight and open a claim to make this right.
