- SRSteve ReeseAug 11, 20251.0Received a call for my wife (not her phone #). Ivrecognized his voice from a call received on 7/16/25. Adv caller we were not interested. His response "Not interested in what" and started to laugh. Let him know we told him before we were not interested. He said we have never talked to them. Let him know I have the dates and times. Again he laughed. I let him know if he continues to call, he/company will be reported and to not call again. For the 3rd time he laughed and then disconnected the call. I keep records of when someone calls, the time/date and what they are told so that everything is documented

- MPmike poseyApr 30, 20181.0Well.... My mom bought an extended policy to help her if she was to get sick and need extra money for care. So it happened she became sick and needed to use it. After calling customer service and told if she qualifies for the benefit after the many pages of information they asked for, she was denied. After many threats of calling The Ohio Attorney General she got a little bit of money to help. After researching this company on line, found out this is a common theme with this comapny. They will sell you a policy, be glad to take your monthly premium, and make it very difficult to collect what you have paid for. Buyer Beware. Stick your money in a sock its less of a hassle. Check the BBB, do your research. As far as my mom goes she should have thrown money in a rat hole. I would give zero stars.
