Brendan was incredibly patient and professional the entire time. I had put him off for a while, told him I would call back, and delayed the process more than once. When I finally called, he picked up and still remembered me.
He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. When I went into the office he also helped me get renters insurance.
You do not always get this level of clarity in insurance. Brendan made the process easy and stress free.
