I have never dealt with a worse company regarding anything in my entire life. My doctors are suggesting I take legal action because they have "never seen an insurance company" fight so hard against someone.

If you have anything that they can label as a "pre existing condition" they will decline your claim. Don't waste your money paying these monsters.

When you need this company the most they will let you down ! Every representative I talked to was unclear of the process and guidelines and could not answer my questions.
