  After having a lady back into my car in Trader Joe's parking lot I had to jump through hoops. I had given her my All State insurance information and contacted my agent. Her insurance company State Farm called me and after checking everything out said they could not prove who was at fault. At that time I thought everything was settled. Then in September I was contacted by their subjugation department telling me I owed them $736.03 for the accident that they told me they could not prove who was at fault. Even though I had given the lady who hit me my All State insurance information she told them I was with Progressive. This caused a gigantic problem. Either she lied or just had no idea what she was doing. I would love to mention her name but will not stoop to her level. A week after hearing from the subjugation department I received another letter stating my license would be suspended. After contacting my agency again they helped me in getting everything straightened out and now my license will not be suspended. If the lady that hit me had not misinformed her insurance company none of this would have happened. I have been with All State for 37 years. Having followed my original agent to three different offices and once he retired and sold the agency I stayed with them I am very happy that I did. I would like to close by telling you that Kimberly played an extremely important role in assisting me. I would recommend All State and and the Cowlin agency to anyone that needs insurance.
