Was told they would follow back up after issuing a problem and never got a call, weeks later I called again didn’t get a response, left a voicemail didn’t get a response the next day , got a message that I would get a call back and once again did not get a call. I’m assuming they remember my number because a company should remember to follow up on someone they told they would call back or get back on the issue .
