Then she brought up several Advantage plans that met our needs. She compared them to each other and what the costs were, as well as out of pocket amounts too. We were a little leery changing companies after many years with a different one but the fit was perfect for us and she enrolled us right there. We are waiting approval (which is just a formality) and our minds are at ease we made the right decision!
