- CSCheryl SchermerhornDec 30, 20221.0Scott was a very personable and friendly man. He seemed to understand our needs. He even tried to help us with medicare open enrollment. Then everything went downhill. Our bank account was charged double the premiums for my husband's life insurance policy. I contacted Scott and he said he would look into it. We never heard back. The following month it happened again, and again I called him. This has went on for 4 months. I finally contacted costumer service and was told my husband has 2 identical policy's. That is not what we signed up for . We are on a fixed income and cannot afford an error such as this . It's obvious that it is Scott's error and we want our money refunded!
