Joanie walked us through the information and was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with helping us to review our choices and ultimately make a decision on our prescription coverage. With her guidance, we are now signed up for a plan that covers our medications—and the entire year of coverage is less than one month of coverage with our prior plan.
