  Great experience! Agent Bryan Rush was able to meet with me and quickly understand our unique situation and various insurance needs. He did a lot of research across many providers and came up with the best plan for my property and auto insurance. It saved us some money and was tailored to our exact situation with very good coverage. We moved all of our property and autos over from Nationwide to Brightway.

  I cancelled because my rates went up with progressive due to according to them “lack of submitting additional documents, car title, mileage”. However, I did submit these documents. I told my agent I submitted them. He said I didn’t and wouldn’t likely be able to get me my original rate. I told him it was a waste of time because my insurance rate was now higher than before. He then blamed me and told me it was my fault. This was unprofessional and I decided to shop on my own. He did apologize and then went back on what he said originally and told me he could get the original rate. He then strung me along for weeks and I have not heard from him since. He never was able to get a better rate and abandoned the cause and me. I was able to get rates that were astronomically lower than what he could get me when I worked directly with geico. Specifically $35 dollars a month compared to $150 dollars a month from what your agent got me. Honestly felt like your agent and company are in the business of stealing money from people. This was unfortunate and I hope this gets fixed. I also hope more people don’t get treated this poorly. His name was Josh.
