I call and leave messages with no return calls. I spoke with Jacqueline Cervantes on October 25, in her office, and stated we wanted to cash in the policy because we were not getting any cooperation. She stated she put in the request, as of this date December 3, 2024, have not received a check or any contact from this company. Its sad when a parent has paid so long on an insurance policy and the company does not cooperate with the beneficiary.
