  I originally called to make an inquiry into why my policy went up. I was not only spoken to with respect an understanding but with compassion and respect. Jasmine and Yanal both walked me through my policy and every discount that I was eligible for as well as things I could utilize to lower my rates. They made it clear and simple to grasp and even got me a lower rate which I took advantage of an appreciated. They then got me to opt in to a new State Farm plan that essentially covered the amount that was saved because of all the discounts. So my price didn’t go down as much as I would like but I most defiantly for more coverage not only for myself but my family. Thank you ladies for your patience and understanding and happy holidays.

  I've never heard of an insurance agent ghosting potential business. I received a text from Mrs. Anderson a week ago indicating she would reach out to me after I completed an assessment. I did what was asked and have not heard anything as follow up. Not even the courtesy of a follow up call, text, or email. Has this country lost the concept of businesses giving basic respect to others? It is what it is I suppose.

  I worked with Sebastian Vargas Sanchez at State Farm to get a home insurance binder for my first home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Sebastian made everything feel comfortable, easy, and “at home.” He took the time to understand what I needed, explained every piece clearly, and never tried to upsell anything. Instead, he shared products that were genuinely useful and offered very competitive rates. Buying a first home can be stressful, but Sebastian brought calm, confidence, and a personal touch.
