Negative: Allstate does not allow online access to my account in Europe, since I live in Portugal part of the time, managing my account from here is impossible. The previous owner of the Allstate, Williamsville office, sold the business and never sent out a courtesy notification to its costumers, at least not to me. I found out when I called to make a payment on my policy, since I can’t access the account from overseas. The new owner was very helpful and I recommend his agency for your insurance needs.
