My agent, Tonino, was super friendly and courteous. He made the interaction personal, and really helped me understand my options. Tonino went above and beyond to offer me the best coverage at the lowest possible price out there (I know, I looked for almost a month and chatted with about 30 different insurance companies). At Grimsley, I felt valued and appreciated. I never thought I would say that about an insurance company, until I called Grimsley. Tonino handled the entire process of switching , he did it FAST, and he even ended up saving me TONS of cash every month (seriously....over $40/month on Auto and more than $400/year in Homeowners). I hated dealing with the sales agents recommended by the bank, but this guy was the polar opposite. It was more likely talking to a best friend or relative, who cares about you and your family. if you're looking for someone you can trust to manage the entire ordeal for you...
