- MRMike RohanOct 17, 20251.0I’ve been an Allstate customer at this location for over 20 years — and even referred new mortgage clients here in the past. Unfortunately, the level of service has fallen off a cliff. For the past year, I haven’t been able to reach Isai Lopez or anyone at this branch by phone or email. The Allstate 800 numbers are equally useless, sending customers in endless automated loops with no human assistance. This morning, when an issue finally required attention, I again called and emailed Mr. Lopez — and, as expected, received no response whatsoever. If this branch is still in business, it has a remarkable way of showing it. After two decades of loyalty, we’ll be moving both our personal and company policies elsewhere.
