- NSNei SanOct 28, 20251.0Before I even called them, I checked the reviews and saw a lot of bad ones. But I decided to give them a shot anyway because I thought not everyone is the same. I really regret even calling them — I should’ve listened to those reviews. I had a terrible experience with this GEICO local office. The staff were extremely unprofessional — they constantly cut me off while I was talking and made it seem like they didn’t want to help at all. As a first-time customer who isn’t familiar with how insurance works, I was hoping for some guidance, but instead, they sounded annoyed and uninterested the entire time. There was no effort to explain anything, no patience, and no emotion in their tone — just a sense that they were tired of dealing with people. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer service business. People should be aware of how poorly this office treats customers. I left feeling completely lost and very disappointed.
