  Worked with Cashaun directly, was super helpful, was able to beat every other quote i got by far and took her time and explain everything thoroughly and work with my budget. Haven't had such good service from an insurance agency in a while. Highly recommend.

  Jessica Brown at State Farm is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my insurance through GEICO and spent over 3 hours on hold trying to get it fixed. I finally gave up, did an online quote with State Farm, and Jessica called me within a minute! She was so helpful and got everything set up for me to be insured that same day. What really impressed me was that she was working after hours and still took the time to explain everything. That means a lot to me — I don’t want to be with an agency I can’t get through to, and I never want to sit on hold for hours when I need help. State Farm feels like a smaller, more personal agency, and they honestly have the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Jessica got me a great price, but honestly, I would’ve paid more for the peace of mind she gave me. Totally worth it!
