Instead of properly handling and preserving my belongings, the company they hired washed my original oil paintings with soap and water, completely destroying them. To make matters worse, those ruined pieces were then thrown away without my permission. Allstate has since tried to shift the blame onto my contractor, who I know for a fact had nothing to do with this. I have repeatedly reached out, but my calls and messages are now being ignored. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness is shocking from a company of this size. This experience has left me not only without irreplaceable artwork, but also without the support and fairness I expected from my insurance provider. I would strongly caution others before trusting Allstate with something as important as protecting your home and belongings.

Smooth Processing and no problems at all with collision shop and rental car. I’ve been at this agency for over 30 years.
