This is unfair and is just bad for business. Even though they fixed the mistake for next month, do you realize how much money they steal from poor pensioners who don’t watch their accounts like hawks every month?

I have provided multiple forms of proof of address to show that my partner and I do not live together and he is still being denied reinstatement. They say that it's not discrimination for denying someone who uses a PO Box but most Native Americans on reservations do not have fire numbers or mail is simply unable to be delivered on reservations, hence why we have PO Boxes
