She only contacted me when I wrote this bad review. Furthermore, she was so upset she blocked updates on text messaging from Allstate and changed my email address so I can't get updates through email. Yuliana does nothing but sit back, collect your money and starts crying when you don't get along. The worst agent I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
