    What's going on with these guys? I have been calling for over a week and not heard back from them. I have sent emails, called over the phone even walked up to the office. They have moved from 71 W Main Street and at the new address all you find is a closed door. No sign. No nothing. Stay away from Joseph Morales

    I have been a long time client of Bob, and Judy Reimels, then with Mr. Morales. I understood Mr. Morales ran his business a little differently then what I was use to for many years with Bob, and Judy. Most recently I bought a new car, and transferred both my plates, and insurance 10 days ago. Although I received my temporary Insurance ID card from the dealership, I called Mr Morales to go over my policy, and to make sure of the switch of cars. Because I didnt hear back from Mr Morales I decided it was time to seek a new agent. Today I met with my new agent and was informed my new car was never put on my policy. I found out the usual process is Allstate when notified of a new car change sends the information to the clients agent who then does the proper paper work for the change in the policy. Clearly this was not done in my case. I find it sad that although I live just a few blocks away from the office who has served me well for over 25 years, I have had to change my Allstate Agent.

    Impossible to reach. If you can ever get him he his helpful, BUT you can't get him.
