  We have been using Jason for years and he has always been very quick to respond to our requests, work hard to get us the best price, and just a great guy to work with! Now that are kids are grown and on their own, they are working with Jason as well. It's a family tradition working the the Jason Jarvis Allstate Agency!

  There were some issues with my first Allstate agent never answering or returning calls, but ever since I switched agencies I've had no more trouble. My new agent Jason, who is very knowledgeable and informative, and the customer service agents have been great. Everything is always sorted in a timely manner with courtesy and kindness. Jason takes the time to build a good rapport with his customers, and he always knows who you are when you call. This makes it feel much more personal, and I really appreciate that. It's also worth mentioning that my car and homeowner's insurance rates are the lowest they have ever been, and the lowest in my social group. I HIGHLY recommend both Jason and Allstate.

  We have been with Allstate and Jason going on 10 years. It was the office affiliated with our real estate agent when we bought our house 10 years ago, so we didn't really know who we were signing up with. But I'm glad it's worked out the way it has. Thankfully, we haven't had to use our insurance that much, but whenever we've had a claim or needed paperwork (i.e. for a refinance) we literally get the paperwork back with minutes of the request. Jason is in top of it and I truly appreciate the timely responsiveness of his office.
