- MIMariposa India4 days ago5.0I was fortunate enough to have MacKenzie assist me with an auto claim that I had to deal with for a few months & was not getting resolved properly unfortunately. My daughter & I finally decided to go into her office & explain all the issues we were having from the beginning. It felt so good to finally have someone to listen & while sitting at her office, she made a few phone calls, sent an email directly to a claims manager & fifteen minutes after we left her office, I received a call from claims stating that the claim payment was being processed immediately. My only regret was not having gone into her office a lot sooner. It would’ve saved me a lot of wasted time making phone calls & a lot of aggravation. My daughter and I will forever be grateful for having such a professional, supportive and caring agent. Thank you MacKenzie!
