They have been forwarding me to every means of communication and not helping me with my issue. Marcus, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Linda and now I should be speaking to a Brandy soon. A representative promised a $200 discount approved by her manager just yesterday and would be processed immediately, today they're saying no managers are present on weekends and the discount doesn't exist. I have yet to speak to a manager and I actually had to tell a representative to stop being rude to me and even reminded her she's on a recorded line! Isn't that insane? The customer service is atrocious and what's even worse is how they DO NOT LISTEN.
