  When I moved to WNY almost a year ago, my friends recommended Phil's business and I have been very pleased with the whole experience. Phill and Mike have helped me many times, quickly and professionally. I recommend this agency without hesitation.

  I originally was with state farm for 15 years. And every year my premium would keep rising . And every year I would call and ask why , since I have a perfect driving record. And state farm in Niagara falls would always give me some excuse as to why it would increase . So I started looking around and got frustrated so I gave up. Then about a month later I receive a post card from Dave from Allstate insurance . I call up and he gives me a $40.00 decrease in policy . I go into the Lewiston location and as,soon as I walk in everyone greets me with a super warm hello (like they've known me for years ) . I sit with Dave and he writes my policy and on top of the click it button ( if you drive the spped limit you get additional percentage off your bill ) . Like , seriously, how awesome is that. As I was working with Dave , a gentleman named Phil joins in on conversation and he does some quotes for life insurance and some other things because I have a daughter. What he was really doing , was taking preventative measures for my daughter and myself for the future . I wasn't even thinking of that . But Phil did !! There is nothing I can say except the Allstate agency in Lewiston N.Y was phenomenal!!! The best first time experience. And Dave ! He is the most most awesome professional laid back guy I have dealt with. Any questions, he had answers. He was funny , personal , and professional. I think Allstate has a new life time member !!!! Thank you Allstate and thank you Dave and Phil !!!
