    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. The original agent I was assigned to left abruptly and I was not notified and tried to reach her for months with no answer until finally I was put in contact with someone new. Then I moved to Maryland and could not reach anyone to change my policy for some time. When they finally changed it, they did it WRONG and I didn't know I was driving with an illegal policy for over a year. I still can't get anyone to call me back to cancel my policy. I have been trying to clean up their mess for years and it's not ok.
