Knowing we'd always had exceptional service in the past, we're THRILLED with our initial interaction with the new agency. Emerson was incredible! He welcomed us, confirmed all membership info, quickly made the few adjustments we requested. During that single call, he established coverage on our new camper, quoted coverage for a new vehicle we are considering, explained what we'd need to do should we elect to trade in current vehicles. He looked over our homeowners and life insurance policies. All the while, Emerson is super friendly as well as professional. All of our needs were met in one single call.
