I have been a member of the Elmira/Horseheads community since 1965. My father entered the insurance industry in 1965 and eventually purchased his own independent agency. Through the years I listened and learned about insurance over the dinner table and as while were out and about running into customers. I eventually entered the insurance world in 1984 when all things were manuals and we referred to books. Thirty-three years later I have now opened my own agency and get excited when I can combine the old customer service skills with the new technology of today to take care of my community and family.
