- HLhelen litcherJan 30, 20241.0Beware, the brokers at this office especially Michelle has a horrible attitude and doesn't support her long standing customers and refused to provide phone number or email for upper management to escalate Our complaint for denial of our comprehensive claim for tire blow out and damage to undercarriage , I asked for a detail explanation of denial and all we received is one sentence it is a collision claim . Robert Colarusso who manages this office has not helped us at all .The claims has the worst reputation of denying claims and rating on the BBB 1.75. They raise rates every 6 months but when it comes to paying out a good faith claim they refuse and delay delay and play games, There is no support Dont waste you time with this office. or State farm auto insurance. Its been years they have diminished the value of our car, and Have robbed us of getting our car repaired
