I came to great neck to go find him and speak to him in person to anybody in this facility that doesn’t exist. I attempted to call multiple times when I bought my car. I had the dealers call my agent not to be able to talk to him. I have a lady answering the phone disrespectful very unprofessional. She doesn’t even directly represent Allstate when she speaks. It feels like a scam call when I finally talked to Allstate they told me to go to my agent nowhere to be found Horrible I don’t know how you contact people. I’ve emailed you multiple times through my Allstate profile and you do not answer at all and now I’m having issues with my whole insurance do not have this agency as your Allstate I never step foot here before and I figure out how to change insurance
