  Our family has been a client of Mutual of Omaha since 1983; 40 years. We feel that our satisfaction with Mutual of Omaha is primarily because of our relationship with our agent, Dean Boucounis. From the time we first met Dean, we have found him friendly, honest, sincere, informative, extremely easy to work with, and he would routinely keep in touch with us. We are both retired and attribute the fact that we have a sound financial plan in place is because of working with Dean. His encouragement to meet annually, update current policies, and better understand other investment options, helped us to achieve our financial goals. We especially like the fact that he never minds us calling or emailing him with questions. Dean always gets back to us the same day! Also, Dean would routinely meet us in our home. Our daughter, as a child, grew up “listening in” to our conversations over those years. When she graduated from Clarkson University, she said that she wanted to call Dean to start her financial planning. She is now another one of Dean’s many satisfied clients. Thank you Dean!   Dean Boucounis has always been there when I needed his help. He returns my phone calls, helps me make insurance decisions, helps me fill out forms and keeps up to date with financial news via e - mails. He even sends me a personally signed birthday card every year. If you are looking for someone to be on your side concerning financial services, Dean Boucounis is the man you want to call. He also throws in “peace of mind” as an added bonus.

  Dean and I met about 40 years ago when, as a teacher, the Mutual of Omaha plans for insurance coverage were offered. He has been my financial advisor ever since through all the needs and changes in my life, including life insurances for myself and my now late husband. There has never been a time when I couldn't get in touch at a moment's notice for guidance regarding my policies and financial needs. He is a true professional, and a caring individual who has become a good friend who exemplifies the best in his business.

He always goes above and beyond to help his clients - whether it is meeting them in their home for convenience sake, calling an insurance company when the client is confronting trouble with the company, or taking the time to explain policies carefully.
