And yes, when that bill comes around, it's always hard to part with your hard earned money. But recently, my son was in an auto accident. And I am not sure how I could have navigated this entire process without Deann's guidance. Rockstar? Guru? Yes and yes. Give that woman a raise and promotion because dealing with a client like me isn't easy. If you call them to get a quote, ask for Deann :)
