Having a lease vehicle at the end of its lease posed a whole slew of issues and headaches I never thought I would encounter. Kasey supported me and fought for the answers I was looking for with the dealership so I could finally move on. When I call with questions everyone is always kind and courteous and makes me feel comfortable with asking questions about things I know nothing about. Kasey is always pleasant when I talk to her and makes me laugh often.
