- JGJesse GasbarroJun 18, 20241.0Terrible agency / carrier. No communication on critical issues. I was recently was charged 50% of my auto premium upfront without consent or even communication whatsoever. Funds were just automatically drawn from our checking account. After speaking with customer service I was told this was because All State experienced too many claims in NYS and needed funds to supplement their losses. That is absolutely unconscionable and I am dropping All State as a carrier. As an Agent, Joseph never once reached out to us to discuss coverages or updating our policy for life changes, etc. I'm not sure what he does day in and day out but advocating on behalf on his clients isn't a concern at all for him. Stay away from All State and this Agent!
